If you need to update an existing template, follow these simple steps.
Click Planning, then click Visits.
Click Planning.
Select the relevant service users you need to update the template for.
๐คTip: You need to be in a single service user view.
Right-click on the shift or visit.
๐คTip: You can select multiple shifts or visits by holding down the control (Ctrl) key on your keyboard and clicking the shifts or visits.
Point to Allocate, then point to the employee.
Click Allocate.
Right-click on the shift or visit.
Point to Template, then click Update.
