Create visit export

In this article, we explain how to create a visit export.

You can create an export to see information on all visits for a set period. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click Planning, then click Visits.

  2. Click Exports, then click Visits.

  3. If required, use the Branch and Area lists to narrow your criteria.

  4. Enter the date range you require.

  5. From the Export Type dropdown, select Excel.

  6. On the Export Template dropdown, select the template you require.

    πŸ€“Tip: If you don’t have any templates, use Service Duty – Template – Export.

  7. In the bottom right, click the export button.

πŸ€“Tip: When running the report, you'll need the following columns: DH, DI, DJ and DX to locate the punctuality start time, punctuality end time, punctuality total minutes of the visits and visit notes.
