To create an invoice rate sheet, please follow the below guidance.

Create an invoice rate sheet

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Point to Finance, then point to Invoice.

  3. Click Rate sheets, then click the plus image.png button.

  4. Enter a description for your rate sheet.

  5. Click the Revisions tab, then fill in the information.

From date

The date the rate sheet revision starts.

Ver.

The version number of the revision.

Reason

A description for the rate sheet.

Split

Splits the rate if a shift spans across two different rates, for example between weekday and weekend.

Use Start Time

The shift start time to use.

Use Duration

The shift duration to use.

PH Type

How to invoice a shift if it goes into or out of a public holiday.

Break Type

The break rule to use.

Apply rules on override

If you override a shift, it applies the same rules as the rate sheet.

Disable Consolidation

If you consolidate shifts with the same purchase order number when planning, this disables the consolidation when calculating the invoice rate.

  1. Click the diskimage.pngbutton.

  2. Click the arrowimage.pngbutton next to your new rate sheet, then click the Revisions tab.

  3. Click the arrowimage.pngbutton next to the new revision, then click Details.

  4. Click the plus image.png button, then enter the following information.

Service type

The type of shift or visit.

Start time

The start time for the rate band.

Invoice rate (Per Hrs)

The base invoice rate.
​Tip: If the service user has a different weekend rate, enter their standard rate in the Invoice rate (Per Hrs) field, and their weekend rate in the Sat and Sun fields.

  1. To save, click the diskimage.pngbutton.

  2. Click the Revisions tab, then click Apply?.


Allocate an invoice rate sheet

Once you complete your invoice rate sheet, you can allocate it to a service user.

  1. Click Service User.

  2. Point to Service User, then click Find.

  3. Locate the service user with the drop-down filters or page numbers.

  4. Click the arrowimage.png button next to your service user.

  5. Under QuickLinks, click Rate sheets.

  6. Click the plus image.png button.

  7. Enter the date the sheet is to start from.

  8. Enter a reason or description for this rate sheet.

  9. Click the Rate Sheet tab.

  10. On the Invoice Rate Sheet list, select your new invoice rate sheet.

  11. To save, click the diskimage.png button.
