Consistency of care is an essential element in attaining an outstanding rating with the CQC. To aid in this, Access People Planner displays the percentage of continuity an employee has working planned shifts or visits for a service user. This feature is built in, so there's no setup required.
Click Planning, then click Visit.
Click Planning, then select the visit.
From here, you'll see a percentage next to the service user's name. This is their continuity percentage.
