Continuity on shifts or visits

How to view the percentage of continuity on a visit.

Consistency of care is an essential element in attaining an outstanding rating with the CQC. To aid in this, Access People Planner displays the percentage of continuity an employee has working planned shifts or visits for a service user. This feature is built in, so there's no setup required.

  1. Click Planning, then click Visit.

  2. Click Planning, then select the visit.

  3. From here, you'll see a percentage next to the service user's name. This is their continuity percentage.

You can also view the continuity by visiting the history, which shows you the staff assigned, total duties and hours and the date of the last visit. To do this, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Planning, then click Visit.

  2. Click Planning, then select the relevant service user.

  3. Right-click on the relevant visit.

  4. Click Service User, then click History.
