Employee not integrating with CM2000

In this article, we explain how to ensure employees integrate with CM2000.

If an employee has been added to Access People Planner but is not appearing in CM2000, it may be due to a missing visit allocation. To resolve this:

  • Allocate any visit to the employee within People Planner.

  • Once the employee appears in CM2000, you can unallocate the visit if it’s no longer needed.
