Visits missing from Integration with CM2000

In this article, we explain what to do if visits are missing from integration with CM2000.

To ensure visits and data integrate over to CM2000, please check that the branch and area have been selected in the integration settings:

  1. Click Settings, then click Monitoring.

  2. Click CM2000, and then click Standard or LiveIntegrate!.

  3. Select the Record/Description.

  4. Select the Service User/Employee filter.

  5. Ensure the correct Branch and Area is selected.

  6. Click Save.
