To ensure timely and accurate updates, data is sent from the system to Access Care Planning at regular intervals. Below is a breakdown of how each type of data is transmitted:
Service User Data
Partial Updates: Every 15 minutes.
Full Updates: Every 1440 minutes (once daily), complete service user data is sent.
Employee Data
Partial Updates: Every 15 minutes.
Full Updates: Every 1440 minutes (once daily), complete employee data is sent.
Visit Data
Partial Updates: Every 15 minutes, information for the next 3 days of visits is sent.
Full Updates: Every 1440 minutes (once daily), sending visit information for the next 7 days.
