To check the ACP employee ID from Access People Planner, please follow these steps.
Click Settings, then click Monitoring.
Click Access Care Planning, then click Integration settings.
Select Access Care Planning.
From the right-hand side under the Data section, select Employee Data.
Change the drop-down to First Name and search for the Employee's name.
You'll see which ID is assigned to the employee from Access People Planner. This also assists with determining which record is integrated from Access People Planner, as it'll be the correct record and ID to use.
