In Access People Planner, you are able to add a link to the service user and employee's record, which allows you to open the record in Access Care Planning without having to search for them on Access Care Planning.
To add the link to Access Care Planning, check that you have the correct modules and functions enabled; you'll need the Links module and function. If this is not enabled, please raise a case via the Access Digital Assistant and ask for this to be enabled.
Service user
Once this is enabled, follow these steps to add the link for service users.
Click Settings, then click Service User.
Click Service User, then click Links.
Click the plus icon, then add a web link description.
Add your Access Care Planning Web link URL, http://cloudX.mobizio.com/viewlink/case.
π€Tip: Replace the X with your Access Care Planning cloud number.
Click save, then open the saved record.
From the QuickLinks, select Web Link Fields, then click the plus icon.
Add the following fields.
Type: Client
Field Name: Mobizio ID
External Field Name: tenant_case_id
Click save.
Employee
Once this is enabled, follow these steps to add the link for employees.
Click Settings, then click Employee.
Click Employee, then click Links.
Click the plus icon, then add a web link description.
Add your Access Care Planning Web link URL, http://cloudX.mobizio.com/viewlink/case.

Click save, then open the saved record.
From the QuickLinks, select Web Link Fields, then click the plus icon.
Add the following fields.
Type: Employee
Field Name: Mobizio ID
External Field Name: tenant_case_id
