Duplicate visits showing under a service user

In this article, we explain why visits can show multiple times and how to resolve this.

If you're seeing multiple of the same visit for one service user, this is due to their visits already being generated. Once these are generated and you change a service user's branch or area, or create a new service order in the same period, it can cause the visits to double up.

If you re-save the affected Service Requirements in Service Orders this will update the generation and fix the visits.

If this doesn't resolve the issue please raise a case via our Access Digital Assistant including the following information:

  • Client ID.

  • Service user's name.

  • Date and time of example visits.
