If you're seeing multiple of the same visit for one service user, this is due to their visits already being generated. Once these are generated and you change a service user's branch or area, or create a new service order in the same period, it can cause the visits to double up.

If you re-save the affected Service Requirements in Service Orders this will update the generation and fix the visits.

If this doesn't resolve the issue please raise a case including the following information:
Client ID.
Service user's name.
Date and time of example visits.
