When the weekly generation fails, you can follow this process to get it resolved:
Click Planning, then click Generation.
Click Visits.
Find the branch at the top right that the generation has failed on.
Click the bin icon to the right of the failed week.
Click the bin icon again within the page that opens and type in "confirm"
It'll show as Submitted, If you use the magnifying glass you can refresh the page to see when it is gone.
Then click the plus at the bottom right to generate a new week.
The status then goes back to Submitted, Generating and Generated again using the magnifying glass to refresh.
If the generation keeps failing, then you would need to raise a case with the support team with the following information:
Company Name.
Client ID.
Name of branch.
Week of failed generation.
