When you're unable to reconcile a visit it's likely being caused by the invoice rate or pay rate box is showing blank for the shift in question.
Identify what's missing
You can identify what's missing or where you're unable to reconcile the visits following these steps.
Click Finance, then click Visit.
Click Reconciliation, then select the relevant client.
From the type drop-down, select Values.
This indicates what is missing and the reason you're unable to reconcile the visits.
Amend a deleted invoice rate sheet
This can only occur when the invoice rate sheet has been deleted for this client. You can amend this following these steps.
Click Service User, then click Service User.
Click Find, then select the relevant service user.
From the QuickLinks click Service Funders.
Select the funder, then from the QuickLinks click Rate Sheets.
Click the plus button, then fill out the relevant details.
Click save.
You'll now be able to reconcile your visits.
No pay rate sheet
If it indicates that there's no pay rate present, you can check the following:
The employee has a pay rate sheet attached to their profile.
Try to reapply the rate sheet.
Check that the service type is connected to the pay rate sheet.
