Enabling branch filters is essential for ensuring integration with Access Care Planning. This configuration not only links the branch itself to the system but also guarantees that any service users or employees added to the branch are automatically integrated to Access Care Planning.
Branch filters can be turned on by service users or employees. To turn the branch filters on, follow these simple steps.
Service user
Click Settings, then click Monitoring.
Click Access Care Planning, then click Integration settings.
Click Mobizio, then under filters, click Service User.
Find the relevant branch and area and ensure the check box is selected.
Employee
Click Settings, then click Monitoring.
Click Access Care Planning, then click Integration settings.
Click Mobizio, then under filters, click Employee.
