Service user rooms not updated

In this article, we explain how to rectify when updates have been made to service user rooms, but they aren't showing.

If you have updated the client's record with the new room record, but this isn't showing, please follow the following steps to resolve this:

  1. Click Resident.

  2. In the submenu, click Resident.

  3. Search for the Resident.

  4. Click Room in QuickLinks.

  5. If the record is present, check the time is set to 00:00 as this results in the system not showing the room number until the following day.

  6. Click Save.

The room will then show on the record.
