If you have updated the client's record with the new room record, but this isn't showing, please follow the following steps to resolve this:
Click Resident.
In the submenu, click Resident.
Search for the Resident.
Click Room in QuickLinks.
If the record is present, check the time is set to 00:00 as this results in the system not showing the room number until the following day.
Click Save.
The room will then show on the record.
