There may be times where you need to update training and qualification pass dates on employee records. This must be done individually as it's not possible to mass renew them using the green smartie button.
To renew a training and qualification record in an employee record, please follow these steps:
π Note: The Renew button doesn't show if your E-learning platform is integrated with Access People Planner.
Click HR.
In the submenu, click Employee.
Click Find.
Click into employee's record.
Under QuickLinks, click Training and Qualification.
Click into the appropriate training and qualification.
Under QuickLinks, click Renew.
π€ Tip: If the Renew button isn't appearing, check if other training is due to be completed before the training date you are currently trying to renew.
Click Save.
