To view an EMS analysis report, follow these steps.

Click Monitoring, then click Visit.

Click EMS, then click Analysis.

Amend the filters as needed, then click Export.

🤓 Tip: To view the total hours, change the type from Summary to Detail.

Actual	Using the book on time and planned duration.
Electric monitoring	The times they booked on and off the calls.

Field	Description
Successful	This column refers to successful book EMS books on/off.
Attempted	This column indicates that the EMS book/off has been attempted but failed due to issues such as an unmade connection, so the data has not been integrated.
Not attempted	This means the book-on/off did not occur. For example, the employee may have forgotten to book onto a client visit.
