Add service user medical details

How to add a service user's medical details.

The Medical Details module is a key feature for managing and recording medical information for service users. Before adding medical details, ensure that the module is enabled for your account. If it is not, please contact the support team to enable this for you.

You can add a service user's medical details directly to their record by following these steps.

  1. Click Service User, then click Service User.

  2. Click Find, then select the relevant service user.

  3. From the QuickLinks select Medical Details.

  4. Click the plus icon, then add the relevant details.

  5. Click save.
