Employee
Critical information types allow you to show an employee's medical history. To create a critical info type, follow these simple steps.
Click Settings, then click HR.
Click Employee, then select Critical info types.
Click the plus icon and add the relevant information.
Click save.
Add to employee record
Once you have created the type, you'll need to add it to the employee record. To do this, follow these steps.
Click HR, then click Employee.
Click Find, then select the relevant employee.
From the QuickLinks click Critical information.
Click the plus icon, then select the relevant Type.
Add relevant information, then click save.
Service user
Critical information types allow you to show a service user's medical history. To create a critical info type, follow these simple steps.
Click Settings, then click Service User.
Click Service User, then select Critical info types.
Click the plus icon and add the relevant information.
Click save.
Add to the service user record
Once you have created the type, you'll need to add it to the service user record. To do this, follow these steps.
Click Service User, then click Service User.
Click Find, then select the relevant service user.
From the QuickLinks click Critical information.
Click the plus icon, then select the relevant Type.
Add relevant information, then click save.
