Disabling the 24-hour auto availability stops availability from being created when you recruit or add a new employee to the record, enabling you to add the availability manually.

To disable 24-hour auto availability, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Settings, then click HR.

  2. Click Employee Types.

  3. Select the relevant employee type.

  4. Select the On Recruit Disable Creation Of24/7 Availability checkbox.

  5. Click save.
