Disabling the 24-hour auto availability stops availability from being created when you recruit or add a new employee to the record, enabling you to add the availability manually.
To disable 24-hour auto availability, follow these simple steps.
Click Settings, then click HR.
Click Employee Types.
Select the relevant employee type.
Select the On Recruit Disable Creation Of24/7 Availability checkbox.
Click save.
