You can set up a fixed travel time between each visit and amend the planning rule check using these simple steps.
Click Settings, then click Planning.
Click Settings, then select the rota setting.
Select the Travel tab, then change the travel time status to warn or enforce.
In the minutes field, add the fixed travel time you want to set.
Click save.
This means all newly generated visits are created with the fixed travel time you have set. For example, if the user has set a fixed five-minute travel time and there are two calls scheduled with less than 5 minutes between them, a scheduling error occurs, and if set to enforce, it won't allow the visits to be scheduled.
