Unable to view visits on the employee portal

In this article, we explain the steps to resolve if an employee can't see their visits in the employee portal.

If your employees aren't able to see their visits on the portal, you need to make sure the rota has been generated and accepted. To do this, please follow these steps.

  1. Click Planning, then click Visit.

  2. Click Rota, then lick Generation.

  3. If the week generation is showing, select Accept?

πŸ“ŒNote: Once these visits have been accepted, please leave around 15-20 minutes for the visits to show on the portal for your employees.
