In this article, we explain how the toggle nudge feature works.

The toggle nudge feature provides a convenient way to allocate a call to an employee. When activated, it reallocates existing calls assigned to that employee to fulfill the new allocation.

The status of the toggle nudge is visually indicated:

  • Enabled: The toggle appears active, as shown below.

  • Disabled: The toggle appears greyed out.
