To order a new terminal you'll need to raise a new case with the support team and they'll be able to order this for you.
When raising the case please provide the following information so they can order this as soon as possible.
Terminal ID.
Name of delivery recipient.
Address of delivery.
Delivery recipients phone number.
Delivery recipients email.
