There are two ways of logging in on the terminal, using your surname and PIN, and using the tag that has been registered to you.
Surname and PIN
To use your surname and PIN to log in via the terminal, please follow these steps:
Click Log In.
Enter your surname.
Enter your PIN.
🤓 Tip: This can be found in the employee profile, under the Security tab. Usually, it's a four digit pin.
Click Log in.
This will now display your shifts. Click the shift to clock in.
Registered tag
Alternatively, you can user the tag that has been registered to you to log in. Simply, touch it on the reader section of the terminal and it will beep. A green tick will appear on the screen, indicating the login is successful.
