Unable to see invoice rate sheets for an employee

In this article, we explain how to view invoice rate sheets for an employee.

If you are not able to see all invoice rate sheets as an option for an employee, you'll need to follow these steps to ensure that the invoice rate sheet is enabled for that branch and area.

  1. Click Settings, then click Other.

  2. Select Company, then under QuickLinks select Branches.

  3. Select the relevant branch, then under Filter click Invoice rate sheet.

  4. Check the checkbox of the relevant rate sheet you want for this branch.

  5. Click Save.
