Checklist for ending service suspend

In this article, we guide you through what to check and how to end a service suspend.

End a service requirement

⚠️Important: If the service user has lots of visits across future weeks, the system may time out. To avoid this, end the suspension one week at a time until the correct end date is reached.

  1. Click Service User, the click Service User.

  2. Click Find, then locate the service user record.

  3. From the QuickLinks, click Service Suspend.

  4. Select the record to amend.

  5. Enter the End Time and Date.

  6. Click Save.


Errors and fixes

Here are all the errors that may occur and how to fix them.

Actual view

  1. Click Planning, then click Visits.

  2. Click Planning, then change the view to Actual.

  3. Ensure visits before the suspension don't overlap with the suspension period.

Book on and off

  1. Click Planning, then click Visits.

  2. Click Planning, locate the service users' visits.

  3. Double-click the visit, then from the QuickLinks, click Book On & Off.

Export visit data

  1. Click Planning, then click Visits.

  2. Click Exports, then click Visits.

  3. Select the start date, one day before the suspension.

  4. Select the end date, One year after the start date.

  5. Export to open in Excel, filter the Excel spreadsheet by service user and check offending visits.

Planning rule settings

  1. Click Settings, then click Planning.

  2. Click Planning settings.

  3. Review the rules that have failed.

  4. Check the audit history for recent changes.

📌Note: If unable to locate please raise a new support ticket.

Decline list

  1. Click Planning, then click Service User.

  2. Click Find, then locate the relevant service user record.

  3. From the QuickLinks, click Declined List.

  4. Confirm no changes are blocking updates.

Payroll and invoicing

  1. Click Finance, then click Payroll or Invoice.

  2. Click Management, then click Run.

  3. Check periods related to the service suspension.
