Rename a branch or area

In this article we explain how to change the name of a branch or area.

⚠️ Important: You can't rename a branch or area if your Access People Planner system integrates with Access Care Compliance. Please raise a case for assistance.

Rename a branch

To rename a branch please follow these steps:

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Hover over Other.

  3. Click Company.

  4. Under QuickLinks, click Branches.

  5. Select the Branch.

  6. Enter the new Branch name in the Description field.

  7. Click Save.


Rename an area

To rename an area please follow these steps:

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Hover over Other.

  3. Click Company.

  4. Under QuickLinks, click Branches.

  5. Select the Branch the area belongs to.

  6. Under QuickLinks, click Areas.

  7. Select the Area.

  8. Enter the new Area name in the Description field.

  9. Click Save.
