If there's no option to send an employee's rota or payslip via email, you need to check the email settings have been configured. If this hasn't been previously configured and you need help to set up the email settings, this guide should provide assistance.
If the main email address doesn't match the email address the payslips are being sent from, the email will fail.

To check the email settings, please follow these steps:
Click Settings.
Hover over Other.
Click Email Settings.
Check the email settings have been set up correctly.
Click the Employee Rota/Payroll tab.
Ensure Employee Rota/Payroll box is ticked.
