Issue a rota

In this article, we explain how to issue a rota by printing or emailing it.

Rotas can be sent either by printing or via email, depending on preference and convenience. When emailing rotas, they may be sent to an individual or shared with multiple employees or service users.

Each rota provides a detailed overview of the visits an employee has completed. This includes the service user's name, the date and time of each visit, and the type of service delivered.

Service users see which employee is completing their visit, the date and time of each visit, and the type of service delivered.

Print rota

To print the rota follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Planning, then click Visits.

  2. Click Rota, then click Generation.

  3. Select the relevant date and click the print icon.Print icon

  4. Then select all the relevant information.

  5. Click the paper icon. This then downloads a PDF that can be printed.


Email rotas

When emailing the rota, you are able to select who they are sent to. You can select one employee or multiple.

⚠️Important: You must accept the week you want to email before emailing it.

  1. Click Planning, then click Visits.

  2. Click Rota, then click Generation.

  3. Make sure that the accepted status shows as Unaccept?.

  4. Then select the envelope icon for either the employee or service user.

  5. Select the relevant employees you want to send the rota to.
