The dashboard is split into two sections. This screen is all about managing unallocated visits; the left-hand side of the screen refers to the number of unallocated visits there are for the next seven days, whilst the right-hand reports by service type.
The unallocated visits can be accessed by clicking on any of the red bars in the graph.
The information displayed may be managed via the drop-down filters along the top of the window.
The Planning screen can also be accessed from the QuickLinks menu option from both the Employee and service user menu.
