Unable to login to from Access Evo

In this article, we explain how to resolve errors when logging in via Access Evo.

If you are seeing this error message Error this profile has no access to Access People Planner, please contact your system administrator when logging into Access People Planner from Access Evo follow these steps to resolve.

⚠️Important: These steps need to be completed by a system administrator.

  1. Click Settings, then click Other.

  2. Click Profile & Users, then click Users.

  3. Select the relevant user.

  4. Click on the Profile Details tab.

  5. From the modules & functions dropdown, select the blank option.

  6. Click Save.
