User unable to edit employee and client records

In this article, we explain what to do if your users can't edit employee or client records.

If you have users that can't edit client records, it may mean they're a read-only user.

To check and change this, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Settings, then click other.

  2. Select profile and users, then click users.

  3. Select the relevant user.

  4. Under change password, unselect the is read-only only checkbox.
