If your unable to see a specific employee or service user record it would be due the security access that has been set up on the account.
View restrictions
To view a user's restrictions, follow these simple steps.
Click Settings, then click Other.
Click Profiles & Users, then click Users.
Click into the relevant user account.
If on the right, under Security Access, there are any green ticks. Click into those profiles.
Click the Profile Details tab.
Note the User's Branches and areas and Employee Types. These contain the restrictions that are active on the User's Account.
Edit the branch and area
You can edit the profiles for branches and areas by following these steps.
Click Settings, then click Other.
Click Profiles & Users, then click into Branches & Area's.
Click into the profile that the user was connected to.
Tick the Branch & Area you wish for them to be able to see.
Click Save.
Ask the users to log out and log back in, and they should now be able to see the employees and clients in that area.
The user can only see Employees and Service Users that fall under these profiles.
