Suggested employee not showing when allocating visits

To resolve this issue where suggested employees are not appearing when allocating via the planning or rostering screen, you may need to clear your browsing history.

To do this please follow the steps outlined for the relevant browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Launch Google Chrome.

  2. Click the vertical three dots in the top right.

  3. Click History, then click Clear Browsing Data.

  4. Choose the desired time range. For all data, click All Time.

  5. Select Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and Files.

  6. Click Clear Data.


Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.

  2. Click the three horizontal dots in the top right.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Privacy, search and services.

  5. Click Clear browsing data, then click Choose what to clear.

  6. Select Cookies, Saved Website Data and Cached Data and files.

  7. Click Clear now.

If the issue persists, please raise a case with our support team and include the following details:

  • Comprehensive description of the issue including client name and visits attempting to allocate.
