When a change has been made to a visit, employee or client you can view the Audit History in People Planner to see information such as clock in times. To do this in certain parts of the system you can view audit information using the inbuilt audit tool from some screens.
The Audit History can be accessed from any screen displaying the audit icon which looks like a folder found in the top right-hand corner.
The Audit Trail shows when changes were made to records, who made them and what the change was.
One example of this would be by following the below path:
Click Employee.
Hover over Employee.
Click Find.
Enter an Employee record.
Click the folder icon in the top right.
When the 16 weeks/8-week period has elapsed, the changes listed are deleted permanently from the system, to prevent performance loss. These logs can't be retrieved once deleted.
The Audit History data is not available indefinitely and by default is only available up to the below time frames:
Applicant – 16 weeks.
Employee – 16 weeks.
Customer – 16 weeks.
Client – 16 weeks.
Visit – 8 weeks.
Other – 16 weeks.
Any shifts generated by the system via Generation, even if templated, the Audit History will show as empty and no previous information will be available.
There's no audit information for who accepted or unaccepted a rota generation.
It's not possible to view the audit by Users. For example, if you'd like to see all audits for User A.
It's not possible to audit any amendments made within the settings area.
