Unable to allocate an employee due to the position type

How to allocate a visit if I am getting an error, unable to allocate due to the position type.

You can limit service types to specific position types to ensure the correct employees are assigned to sensitive shifts. This is fully configurable from the system's front end. To manage the configuration, follow these steps.

  1. Click Settings, then click Service User.

  2. Click Service User, then click Service.

  3. Click Types, then select the relevant service type.

  4. From the Service Types, select Position Types.

  5. Then select the relevant position you need.

  6. Click save.
