Send rotas to the next of kin

In this article, we explain how you can send rotas to a service user's next of kin or emergency contacts.

You are able to send your service users' rotas to their next of kin or emergency contacts via email by following these simple steps.

  1. Click Service User, then click Service User.

  2. Click Find, then locate the relevant service user.

  3. From the QuickLinks, select Emergency Contacts.

  4. Select the relevant emergency contact.

  5. Select the Communication Details tab.

  6. Select the Email Rota checkbox.

  7. Click save.
