To set up API details, follow these steps.
Click Settings, then click Monitoring.
Click Access Care Planning.
Click Integration Settings.
Select the relevant Access Care Planning settings.
Select the API details tab, then enter the following.
URL: Your Access Care Planning cloud, for example, cloud2.mobizio.com.
Tenant administrator name: Enter the name of one of your tenant administrators in Access Care Planning.
Click save, then click Update Password.
Enter the password for the Tenant Administrator whose username you entered previously.
Click save, then click Test Settings.
If the details are correct, you'll see the following message: API settings authenticated successfully.
If the details are incorrect, you'll see the following message: API settings unable to authenticate - Check URL, Username, Password and try again.
