Exclude the travel time planning rule from a service user

To exclude a service type from the travel planning rule, follow these steps.

  1. Click Settings, then click Service User.

  2. Click Service User, then click Service.

  3. Click Types, then select the relevant Service Types.

  4. Select the Planning Rule Check tab.

  5. Select the Ignore Travel Time checkbox.

  6. Click save.
