Set a service type to ignore clash checking

When allocating calls retrospectively, you may run into clash issues on the system. To get around this, you can disable clash checking on a service type. To do this, follow these steps.

  1. Click Settings, then click Service User.

  2. Click Service User, then click Service

  3. Click Types, then select the relevant service type.

  4. Click the Planning Rule Checks tab

  5. Select the Ignore Clash Checking checkbox.

  6. Click Save.
