When an employee requests a holiday, you'll need to either approve or reject the request.
View holiday requests
To view the employee's holiday request, follow these simple steps.
Click HR, then click Employee.
Click Vacation, then click Approval.
Use the status dropdown to change between all, pending, approved or rejected.
Approve holiday
To approve an employee's holiday request, follow these steps.
Click HR, then click Employee.
Click Vacation, then click Approval.
Select the checkbox on the right of the holiday you want to approve.
Click the green button.

Click Approve, then click Yes.
Reject holiday
To reject an employee's holiday request, follow these steps.
Click HR, then click Employee.
Click Vacation, then click Approval.
Select the checkbox on the right of the holiday you want to approve.
Click the green button.

Click Approve, then click No.
πNote: The rejected holiday still appears in the employee record; however, it does not affect the holiday statistics or payroll.
