To pull a report that shows an employee's actual planned and actual work hours, follow these steps.

  1. Click Planning, then click Visit.

  2. Click Export, then click Visits.

  3. Select a branch and area, or all, and enter the start and end dates.

  4. Change the export type to Excel.

  5. Set export type to service duty - template - export.

  6. Click save.
