Unable to see cancellation type on planning screen

In this article, we explain how to view all cancellation types on the planning screen.

When you right-click on the visit in the planning screen, you'll only be able to see up to 20 cancellation types. If you have more than 20, you can view them all by double-clicking the visit, which opens it on a larger scale and allows you to see all your cancellation types.

If you have less than 20, but you are still unable to see them, it may be because the cancellation type is not enabled for that employee's branch. To check this, follow these steps.

  1. Click Settings, then click Other.

  2. Click Company, then click Branches.

  3. Select the relevant branch.

  4. Click Cancellation types.

  5. Select the ones you want to be visible.

    πŸ€“Tip: If none of them are selected, they'll all be visible.

  6. Click Save.

πŸ“ŒNote: If changes need to be made in more than one branch, repeat steps 3-6 for each branch.
