Copy and cancel functionality

In this article, we explain the copy and cancel functionality.

This allows you to cancel pre-planned shifts and creates a new shift for you.

To configure this functionality, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Settings, then click HR.

  2. Click Employee, then click Availability Types.

  3. Select the relevant type.

  4. Select the Copy checkbox.

  5. Select the relevant cancellation, service, and service requirement type.

  6. Click save.
