Exception error when opening a service user record

If you are getting an exception error when opening a service user record, you must ensure that the correct service type is selected. To do this, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click HR, then click Employee.

  2. Click Exports, then click Employee.

  3. Change the Export Type to Excel.

  4. Download by clicking the download icon.

  5. On the download, find the employee and check their position and staff type.

  6. Click Settings, then click Employee.

  7. Click Staff type, then select the employees' staff type from the Excel sheet.

  8. Click the Position tab.

  9. Ensure the position type the employee has is selected.

  10. Click Save.
