Amend your user password

Change your own password

To amend your own password:

  1. Log in using your current password.

  2. In the top-left of the screen, click on your username.

  3. Enter your new password into the New Password (Optional) box.

  4. Enter your new password again into the Repeat New Password box.

  5. To save, click the save button.


Change another user's password

To change another user's password, you need access to the settings menu.

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Point to Other, then point to Profiles & Users.

  3. Click Users.

  4. Click the arrow button next to the user.

  5. Enter a new password in the Change Password field.

  6. To save, click the save button.

Once this has been saved, it clears the change password field and the password has successfully changed.

  • Your Client ID.

  • Your username.

  • A mobile number to send the new password to.
