Convert an applicant to an employee

In this article, we explain how to convert an applicant to an employee.

Once an applicant has completed the recruitment process and is employed by the business, the applicant record must be converted to an employee record. You can do this by following these steps.

πŸ“ŒNote: All tabs in the QuickLinks such as tasks need to be completed before you can convert them to an employee.

  1. Click HR, then click Applicant.

  2. Click Find, then select the relevant applicant.

  3. Ensure all the QuickLinks have green ticks.

  4. In the QuickLinks, click Recruit. The system redirects you to the New Employee screen.

  5. Enter any missing required fields, then click Save.
