Visits are being moved to the side when other visits are being planned

In this article, we explain what to do when moving a visit changes other visits to another timeslot.

If a visit is being moved to the side when you're moving other visits, this is due to the nudge feature you've enabled.

To disable this, please follow these steps:

  1. Click Planning.

  2. Click the clock icon.

  3. Click Actions and six icons appear.

  4. Select the icon with 2 arrows pointing either direction.

  5. Once you've un-highlighted this icon, this stops the nudge feature.
