Associate service type to pay rate sheet

In this article, we explain how to associate a service type to the pay rate sheet.

To associate a service type to the pay rate sheet follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings module.

  2. Hover over Finance.

  3. Hover over Payroll.

  4. Select Rate Sheets.

  5. Select the rate sheet you wish to add the service type to using the arrow on the left.

  6. Select the Revisions tab.

  7. Select the most recent revision using the arrow on the left.

  8. Select the Details tab.

  9. Click the + icon.

  10. Enter the Service Type, Start Time, Employee Role (If required) and relevant Rates.

    πŸ“Œ Note: The system runs on a 24-hour cycle. If the rate is the same throughout the day, the start time should be set to 00:00.

  11. Click Save.

  12. Navigate back to the Revision tab and click Apply?.
