Change service user or employee from terminating to terminated

In this article, we explain how to change service user or employee from terminating to terminated.

To change a service users' status from terminating to terminated you have to complete all of the outstanding tasks within the service user or employee record.

To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Click Service user / HR.

  2. Click Service User / Employee.

  3. Click Terminating, then click Tasks.

  4. Click into each task.

  5. Change task status from Outstanding to Completed.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Repeat this for each outstanding task.
